Approved waivers are valid for the specific manuscript submitted and cover the entire publication process through final online publication.

Low-Income Families: Financial aid documentation, free/reduced lunch program enrollment, or government assistance verification from authorized agencies.

Payment Information
When Payment is Due
Article Processing Charges are invoiced only after manuscript acceptance following successful peer review and editorial approval.
No upfront fees are required during submission or throughout the review process, ensuring authors only pay for accepted publications.
Payment must be completed within 30 days of invoice receipt to proceed with final publication and online posting.
Waiver approvals are applied automatically to invoices, with authors receiving adjusted billing reflecting their approved discount rate.
